TrekEase will be offering 3 product lines, all utilizing the same core flywheel engagement mechanism and independent inertial resistance wheel motion but made with different frame styles and a few mechanical component material changes to satisfy different requirements. All devices are designed to provide the manual wheelchair user with a similar feel of movement as they would traveling on level ground, equivalent to a non-motorized treadmill for wheelchairs. The STANDARD and PROFESSIONAL EXERCISERS will have optional electro-mechanical add-on features to permit use with video games and bicycle computers. The CLINICAL ANALYZER will incorporate computer data acquistion (DAQ) for speed, torque and power analysis.
